This allows you to generate finished invoices for your account customers. Once an invoice is generated, you simply download it to your computer, and it’s ready to be sent.

To generate invoices:

  • Choose Account > Customers in the Admin Panel and select the Invoicing tab.

  • Click on Settings to configure your invoices.

  • Click on Generate and select a date range.

  • You will then see the invoices that fall into the chosen range. If the process has been successful then you will see a green checkmark alongside the text Finished

  • Select the invoices from the companies you need and click the Download selected button. If you wish to delete invoices, click on the Delete selected button. You can always generate the invoices again.
  • The download location will depend on your browser configuration. You will get a pdf invoice file ready to be sent or printed.
